Glowelly is a recurring monthly subscription. We’ve kept the refund rules short and human:

How billing works

Your first month is charged at the intro price (currently $14.99). Each month after that renews automatically at the standard rate ($29.98/month) until you cancel. We use Stripe to process payments — your card details never touch our servers.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation stops futurerenewals. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.

Past billing periods

Past payments are non-refundable. Once a month has been billed and the access period for that month has started, the charge is final. This applies to both the intro month and standard renewals.

Mistaken charges

If you’re billed in error — duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or a failed cancellation on our end — please email us at hello@glowelly.shop within 14 days of the charge. We’ll investigate and refund the affected amount if the error was ours.

Chargebacks

We’d rather hear from you than from your bank. Please email us first — we usually sort things out within a day.
